Position Details

Position: Depot Officer

Location: Mzuzu Branch

Qualifications, skills and attributes

• Minimum of Diploma in Logistics, Business Management or related field.
• Minimum of previous 2 years working experience in a very busy office.
• Conversant with Computer packages such as Microsoft word and Excel.
• Strong interpersonal, good communication and reporting skills.
• Good analytical and problem – solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and be able to work under little Supervision in an environment of strict deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare invoices and Quotations in consultation with regional Manager and Depot Controller.
• Make sure that all depots reports are prepared on time.
• Make a follow-up on slow and nonmoving/damaged products.
• Responsible for preparing orders for all the depots.
• Coordinate all office activities for kulimagold.
• Make sure that all the pending IOU for the depots are cleared.
• Make sure that all depots cash is banked on daily basis.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: associate degree
