Background

Liwiro Finance Limited, a licensed non-deposit taking microfinance institution regulated by the Reserve Bank of Malawi, is seeking motivated and results-oriented Direct Sales Agents to market and sell civil servant loan products in Dowa District.

Areas of Focus

Mponela, Mvera, Chakhaza, Mkukula, Madisi, Bowe, Kayembe, Dowa Boma

Key Duties

• Conduct market campaigns and recruit civil servant customers
• Identify and assist clients with online loan applications
• Promote Liwiro Finance civil servant loan products
• Build relationships with government employees and institutions
• Assist clients with loan application documentation
• Act as a link between Liwiro Finance and civil servants
• Provide market feedback and monitor competitor activities

Key Requirements

• Minimum qualification: MSCE Certificate
• Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field will be an added advantage
• Previous experience in sales, microfinance, banking or customer service is an added advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• High confidence and self-motivation
• Willingness to work on a commission-based arrangement
• Must have a smartphone and National ID
