Rab Processors Limited is looking for a reliable, responsible, and customer-focused Dispatch Rider to join our team at the Lilongwe Branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for the timely and safe collection and delivery of documents, parcels, and other company items while ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with road safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver documents, parcels, and other items safely and on time.
• Plan efficient delivery routes to meet delivery schedules.
• Obtain signatures or other proof of delivery from recipients.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and submit reports as required.
• Inspect and maintain the assigned motorcycle to ensure it remains roadworthy.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
• Handle deliveries with care to prevent loss or damage.
• Report accidents, delays, or motorcycle faults promptly.
• Maintain professionalism and provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
• Assist with other errands and logistics duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of a Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE).
• Valid motorcycle rider's licence.
• Proven experience as a Dispatch Rider or Courier will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of local roads, routes, and traffic regulations.
• Ability to read maps and use GPS navigation applications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Honest, reliable, and trustworthy with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Physically fit and able to ride for extended periods.
• Basic motorcycle maintenance knowledge is an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Clean driving record with no serious traffic violations.
