ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for disciplined, detail-oriented, and passionate District Field Officers (DFOs) to drive on-ground adoption of NanoGro Nano Urea 20% N. You will be responsible for farmer training, demo plot management, rigorous reporting, and ensuring measurable yield impact. This role demands strict adherence to timelines, documentation, and field visit protocols. You will also be responsible for establishing and managing the distribution network, including onboarding agrodealers as authorized distributors, monitoring their stock levels and reporting replenishment needs to the company, and identifying new channels to expand market reach.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Farmer Training & Record Keeping
- Use the Farmer Training Book to document every training session provided to farmers on NanoGro Nano Urea.
- Maintain accurate, legible, and complete records for all trained farmers.
2. Daily & Weekly Reporting (Strict Deadlines)
- Daily Report: Submit to the manager by Close of Business without fail.
- Weekly Report: Submit before Close of Business every week using the company-provided format.
3. Demo Matrix Management (Updated Weekly)
- Update the Demo Matrix weekly without fails.
- Track current status of all demo plots using the matrix.
- Add remarks for:
- Re-spray events
- Poor demo performance due to pest attack, drought, farmer negligence, natural disasters, etc.
- Mandatory: Fill in farmer contact details. If a farmer has no phone, provide a family member’s or neighbour’s number, or the contact of the AEDO of that EPA.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Agriculture.
- Previous experience as a DFO, Field Officer, or Agri-extension worker.
- Strong documentation, report writing and discipline.
- Willing to travel daily in assigned district.
- Two-wheeler riding skills and licence (company bike provided).
