JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled Draftsman to prepare and update as-built drawings based on site measurements and project changes. The candidate will work closely with engineers and project teams to ensure all drawings accurately reflect completed construction works.

As-built drawings are final records showing what was actually constructed, incorporating all field changes and deviations from original designs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and update as-built drawings using CAD software based on site data
• Conduct site visits and measurements to capture actual construction conditions
• Revise drawings based on redline markups and engineer instructions
• Maintain accurate records and drawing registers
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and standards
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and site supervisors
• Submit drawings within project timelines
• Maintain and update drawing databases and documentation

REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

Proficiency in:

• AutoCAD (2D/3D essential)
• Revit or other BIM tools (advantage)

Additional Skills:

• Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Diploma or Degree in Drafting, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 2–4 years experience in drafting
• Experience in as-built documentation is highly desirable
• Knowledge of construction methods and materials
