About Asidaya Distributors

Asidaya Distributors is a leading beverage distribution company committed to delivering quality products and excellent customer service across Malawi. The company is recruiting qualified, hardworking, and enthusiastic individuals for the following positions.

Drivers & Salesmen (5 Positions)

Key Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles safely and deliver beverages.
• Promote and sell company products.
• Identify and recruit new customers.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Load and offload products safely.
• Receive customer orders and conduct customer visits.
• Achieve sales targets.
• Maintain delivery notes, invoices, and sales records.
• Collect customer payments where authorized.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections.
• Ensure vehicle cleanliness and maintenance.
• Monitor competitor activities.
• Ensure proper product display and merchandising.
• Comply with traffic regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE) or equivalent.
• Valid commercial driving licence.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years professional driving experience.
• Experience in sales, distribution, merchandising, or customer service is an added advantage.
• FMCG, beverage, wholesale, or retail distribution experience is an added advantage.

Added Advantages

• Certificate in Sales & Marketing.
• Defensive Driving Certificate.
