JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities
- Coordinate economic empowerment activities
- Support women and girls with disabilities in agri-business and skills training
- Monitor and report on progress
- Engage with community leaders
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields (Master’s degree is an added advantage):
- Development Studies
- Gender Studies
- Agriculture
- Project Management
- Community Development or any related field
Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years coordinating and implementing community development and economic empowerment programs
- Experience working with women’s rights organisations, disability inclusion initiatives, or community development programs
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 36
Level of Education: bachelor degree
