Responsibilities

  • Support women and girls with disabilities in agri-business and skills training
  • Monitor and report on progress
  • Engage with community leaders

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields (Master’s degree is an added advantage):

  • Development Studies
  • Gender Studies
  • Agriculture
  • Project Management
  • Community Development or any related field

Experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years coordinating and implementing community development and economic empowerment programs
  • Experience working with women’s rights organisations, disability inclusion initiatives, or community development programs
  • Coordinate economic empowerment activities
  • Support women and girls with disabilities in agri-business and skills training
  • Monitor and report on progress
  • Engage with community leaders
