Join our dynamic microfinance institution and help strengthen enterprise risk management, audit issue resolution, compliance governance and sustainable growth.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Risk Management or related field
- 7+ years’ experience in enterprise risk, internal audit or compliance
- Microfinance or financial services experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of COSO, ISO 31000, KRIs/KPIs and risk dashboards
- Excellent analytical, reporting and presentation skills
