JOB DETAILS:

Overview

GRID & BEYOND is seeking Enumerators to collect accurate and reliable field data. The role involves conducting interviews, completing questionnaires, and submitting information within required timeframes.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conduct field data collection using approved tools/methodologies
• Interview respondents & accurately record responses
• Ensure completeness & accuracy of collected data
• Submit daily progress reports & questionnaires
• Maintain confidentiality & professionalism
• Follow project guidelines & supervisor instructions

Qualifications & Experience:

• Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE)
• Prior experience in data collection is an added advantage

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines
• Must own & be able to use a smartphone
