JOB DETAILS:
K&J Projects Private Limited, India is currently preparing a proposal for an international consultancy assignment under the Southern Africa Trade and Connectivity Project (SATCP).
Responsibilities or duties
Consultancy Services for Feasibility Study, Detailed Engineering Design, Preparation of Tender Documents for Construction of Two Inland Vehicle Weigh Stations, and Construction Supervision of Liwonde Weigh Station along:
- Zalewa – Mwanza (M006) Road
- Liwonde – Zomba (M003) Road
Qualifications or requirements
Degree in environmental sciences, environmental management, or related natural science degree. The Expert shall have at least 8 years’ experience working on environmental management with sound knowledge of environmental impacts, WB Environmental and Social safeguards Policies, initiatives and managing mitigation measures. Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential. Experience in environment management issues in construction projects will be an added advantage.
