JOB DETAILS:

Requirements and Qualifications;

• Have more than 5 years’ experience as an excavator operator or any related machine
• Proficiency in operating, controlling, and maintaining heavy equipment; ability to read blueprints or maps for grading specifications; and a strong understanding of safety regulations.
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance of the grader to ensure it remains in optimal working condition.
• Applicants should be familiar with final finishes of the roads
• Should have a valid driver’s license
• Should be able to diagnose minor machine failures and recommend the same for service and maintenance.
• Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.

NB* All positions are tenable at Blantyre.

Work Hours: 8

Level of Education: high school
