Job Title: FRP Fibreglass Moulder

Job Description:
- Prepare and clean moulds (waxing, polishing, applying release agents)
- Cut and position fibreglass materials into moulds
- Mix resins, catalysts, and pigments according to specifications
- Apply resin using hand lay-up or spray-up techniques
- Remove air bubbles and ensure proper bonding
- Monitor curing process
- Trim, sand, and finish products
- Inspect finished products for quality
- Maintain tools and clean workspace
Qualification & Experience Required:
- Experience in fibreglass moulding or similar work
- Knowledge of hand lay-up techniques
- Ability to follow technical instructions
- Attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures

Level of Education: high school
