Position: Farm Manager Location: Zomba – Malawi

CAMCO Poultry Farms Ltd is a growing poultry company focused on quality production, proper farm management, and continuous improvement. We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Farm Manager who is interested in long-term engagement and growing with the company.

This role suits someone who enjoys hands-on farm work, taking responsibility, and contributing positively to daily operations as the business develops.

The successful candidate must be willing to relocate to Zomba.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily poultry farm operations
• Supervise and coordinate farm staff
• Plan and oversee routine farm maintenance
• Oversee feed management and vaccination programs
• Ensure biosecurity and hygiene standards
• Coordinate with suppliers, veterinarians and buyers as needed.
• Optimize farm productivity and efficiency
• Manage poultry feeding, watering, hygiene, and biosecurity
• Monitor flock health, report disease and Implement disease control measures
• Maintain accurate records (feed, mortality, egg production, and sales)
• Ensure proper use of farm resources and reduce losses
• Maintain accurate farm records and prepare reports
• Identify operational challenges and make timely, effective decisions.

Minimum Qualifications

• Diploma in Agriculture, Animal Science, or a related field
• Relevant practical experience in poultry production
