The Role
- Oversee horticulture production and irrigation systems
Key Responsibilities
- Manage production of various horticulture crops, including rice
- Design and oversee installation of basic irrigation systems
- Supervise farm operations and staff
- Ensure efficient and sustainable production practices
Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma in General Agriculture or Irrigation
- Minimum of 5 years experience in horticulture production
- Minimum of 5 years experience in irrigation system design and installation
- Strong leadership and farm management skills
