Swoop Security Limited invites applications for the post of Finance Manager tenable at its Head Office in Blantyre. The Finance Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership in financial management and ensure the company’s resources are efficiently managed, safeguarded, and prudently utilized.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial Management
- Develop and implement financial policies, systems, and internal controls
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management financial reports
- Ensure timely remittance of statutory obligations (PAYE, VAT, Pensions, WHT and FBT)
- Ensure full compliance with legal, statutory, and regulatory requirements
Leadership & Capacity Building
- Mentor and develop the finance team
- Promote integrity, accountability, and cross-departmental collaboration
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and / or
- Professional qualification: ACCA, CIMA, or minimum studying ACCA Professional Level.
- Minimum 5 years’ senior-level experience in finance while Audit experience will be a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Malawi tax laws and IFRS
- Quickbooks Accounting systems proficiency
