Job Summary
We are urgently seeking a dedicated and professional Fleet Management Officer to join our dynamic and innovative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all fleet operations, ensuring the efficient, safe, and cost-effective management of company vehicles, while adhering to company procedures and performing duties with efficiency, accountability, and attention to detail.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage daily fleet operations and ensure vehicle availability
- Schedule and monitor vehicle maintenance and repairs
- Track fuel usage, mileage, and vehicle performance
- Ensure compliance with road safety and legal requirements
- Supervise drivers and enforce company policies
- Maintain accurate fleet records and reports
- Investigate accidents and coordinate repairs/claims
- Optimize vehicle usage to reduce costs and improve efficiency
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Transport Management, or related field
- Experience in fleet or transport management
- Valid driver’s license
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and road safety regulations
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, GPS systems)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
