Position Summary:

Victoria Hotel is looking for a Front Office Supervisor to lead front desk operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and support the Front Office team in delivering excellent hospitality services.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in front office operations within a hotel environment.
• Experience using OPERA Property Management System is essential.
• Strong knowledge of reservations, check-in/check-out procedures, billing, and guest relations.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to supervise and train front office staff.
• Professional appearance with excellent communication skills.
