Purpose of the Job:

To provide front office services.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Preparing duty rosters for front office staff.
  • Liaising with other sections on hotel activities.
  • Keeping the reception area tidy.
  • Ordering supplies from stores.
  • Implementing hotel standard operating procedures.
  • Compiling and submitting reports.
  • Up-selling hotel products and services.
  • Attending to guests.
  • Supervising staff.
  • Reporting unusual activities.
  • Handling guests’ complaints.
  • Preparing and monitoring reception checklists.
  • Handling room status discrepancies.
  • Inducting newly recruited staff.

Qualifications and Experience

Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism Management with three (3) years’ working experience.

NOTE:
