JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and issue bulk fuel, ensuring accurate quantities and proper handling
- Reconcile fuel and lubricant stocks, investigating discrepancies promptly
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring secure storage of fuel and lubricants
- Assist in managing fuel inventory, including stocktaking and reporting
- Collaborate with the Fleet team to optimize fuel efficiency and minimize wastage
Qualifications and Experience:
- Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE)
- Certificate in Stores Management (advantageous)
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role, preferably in fuel handling or logistics
- Experience in record-keeping and inventory management
- Knowledge of fuel handling and storage regulations (advantageous)
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: high school
