About the role

Outple is looking for a Full Stack Developer to work with one of our international clients – a technical consultancy delivering CRM, RevOps and web projects for B2B businesses.

You’ll help build and maintain web applications, integrations and front-end experiences. This role suits someone who is comfortable across both React and Node.js, wants to work on real client projects, and values clean, maintainable code.

What you’ll be doing

  • Building front-end features and interfaces using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Developing and maintaining Node.js APIs and backend services.
  • Working with serverless or cloud functions (e.g. Azure Functions, AWS Lambda) where required.
  • Integrating with third-party systems via REST and sometimes GraphQL.
  • Contributing to reusable components, templates and modules for web projects.
  • Managing environment variables securely (e.g. HubSpot, Pipedream, Vercel, Azure).
  • Supporting deployment processes and environment configuration.
  • Collaborating with developers, project managers and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Participating in code reviews and following agreed standards.
  • Supporting QA: reproducing issues, delivering fixes quickly, contributing to test cases where needed.
  • Providing technical input during design/prototyping to ensure feasibility.
  • Ensuring websites and apps meet basic accessibility and performance benchmarks (Lighthouse, WCAG fundamentals).
  • Optimising front-end performance (lazy loading, caching, image optimisation, assets).
  • Writing simple technical documentation for the features and services you build.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or another relevant technical field.Education

Self-taught developers with strong commercial experience and a solid GitHub/portfolio are also encouraged to apply.

What we’re looking for

Commercial experience as a Full Stack or Web Developer, with strong skills in:

  • React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Node.js and RESTful API development
  • Experience using Git (branches, pull requests, reviews)
  • Familiarity with at least one cloud or serverless environment (Azure, AWS, or similar)
  • Experience integrating with third-party APIs
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team

Communications & Media Studies

Nice to have:

  • Experience with HubSpot CMS or other CMS platforms
  • Experience with CSS frameworks (e.g. Tailwind) or component libraries
  • Awareness of basic security, accessibility and performance best practices
  • Python or SQL experience
  • Experience with front-end performance optimisation
