Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to provide strategic leadership and oversee the day-to-day operations of the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, driving business growth, and supporting the achievement of the company’s goals and objectives.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years’ proven experience managing a busy organization.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage teams, projects, and organizational resources.
• Experience in the renewable energy sector will be an added advantage.

• Develop and implement business plans and growth strategies.
• Oversee financial, administrative, and operational functions.
• Lead, motivate, and manage staff to achieve organizational objectives.

• Ensure compliance with relevant policies, regulations, and industry standards.
• Monitor organizational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
