Role Overview:

To support the resource mobilization efforts of YCN by assisting in the development of funding proposals and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research potential grant opportunities from donors, foundations, and calls for proposals.
• Assist in drafting concept notes, project proposals, and grant applications.
• Compile supporting documents and data needed for proposals.
• Help in editing, formatting, and proofreading proposal documents.
• Support the drafting of donor reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Excellent writing, editing, and research skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines.
• Basic understanding of project logic (objectives, outcomes, activities).
• Persistence and willingness to learn about fundraising.
