Job Purpose

Design clear, consistent, and high-impact visual content across all EPay Mobile Money channels. Strengthen brand identity and support marketing, customer education, and product campaigns. Translate business goals into visuals that drive customer engagement, trust, and product adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Design marketing materials for digital and print
• Create social media graphics, banners, and campaign assets
• Develop visual content for mobile app promotions and customer education
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
• Work with marketing and product teams on campaign concepts
• Design internal materials such as presentations and training content
• Prepare artwork for print production and digital publishing
• Manage and organize design files and brand assets
• Stay updated on design trends and tools

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
• 2–4 years’ experience in graphic design. Strong portfolio of design work
• Experience in digital marketing design and branding
• Experience in financial services or telecom is an advantage

Skills and Competencies

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong layout, typography, and color skills. Knowledge in Animation
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork
