Namuleri International Girls Academy is looking for committed, reliable and dedicated professionals to join our dynamic team and support our mission of excellence in girls' education.

GROUNDS / GARDEN ATTENDANTS
Job Purpose
The Grounds/Garden Attendant will maintain the Academy's gardens, lawns, outdoor areas, trees, pathways, and general grounds to ensure a clean, attractive, safe, and welcoming school environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain lawns, gardens, flower beds, trees, and landscaped areas.
- Mow, trim, weed, prune, plant, and water vegetation.
- Maintain pathways, outdoor spaces, and recreational areas.
- Collect leaves, litter, and garden waste.
- Operate and maintain basic gardening tools and equipment safely.
- Identify and report damaged facilities or unsafe areas.
- Support planting and landscaping projects.
- Maintain cleanliness around school grounds.
- Use gardening products and equipment safely.
- Assist with preparation and maintenance of outdoor areas for school events.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous gardening, landscaping, groundskeeping, or related experience is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of gardening and plant care.
- Ability to operate basic gardening tools and equipment.
- Physically fit, reliable, and able to work outdoors.
- Good personal discipline and attention to cleanliness.

Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: bachelor degree
