JOB DETAILS:

Duties / Responsibilities:

• Oversee all kitchen operations and manage kitchen staff effectively.
  • Plan, prepare, and present high-quality meals to meet guest expectations.
  • Design and update menus according to seasonal availability and guest preferences.
  • Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
  • Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation consistency.
  • Manage stock levels, purchasing, and cost control.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to maintain professional standards.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts or Professional Cookery.
• At least 5 years’ experience in a senior kitchen position (Head Chef or equivalent).
• Strong leadership, creativity, and organizational skills.
• Thorough knowledge of food hygiene, safety, and kitchen management.
• Ability to perform under pressure and deliver consistently high standards.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education: bachelor degree
