Background
The GEMS Group is looking for a young professional to join its growing team as an HR & Talent Development Officer, based in Blantyre.
The position will support the effective administration, development and engagement of GEMS staff and interns. The role combines practical HR administration with a strong focus on staff development, onboarding, performance support, internship development and organisational culture.
The Officer will help strengthen GEMS' people-management systems, ensure agreed HR actions are followed through, and support opportunities for staff and interns to grow and develop within the organisation.
