Job Summary

The Human Resources professional is responsible for managing and supporting all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, payroll coordination, and compliance with labor laws. The role ensures a positive work environment and aligns HR practices with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Staffing

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
  • Prepare job descriptions and post vacancies
  • Conduct interviews and coordinate onboarding of new employees

Employee Relations

  • Maintain healthy employer–employee relationships
  • Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters
  • Promote a positive workplace culture

HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws

Performance Management

  • Support performance appraisal processes
  • Assist managers in setting goals and evaluating performance
  • Implement employee engagement and retention initiatives

Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and organize training programs
  • Support employee development and career planning

Policy & Compliance

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulations

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in HR or related role
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software

Preferred Skills

  • MBA or professional HR certification (optional)
  • Experience in payroll or HR analytics
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
