Pa Boma, Balaka’s premier establishment seeks an exceptionally skilled and passionate Head Chef. The successful candidate must possess extensive hands-on experience in a busy restaurant environment, managing multiple complex recipes and dishes. A minimum qualification of a Certificate in Culinary Arts, Food Production or Hospitality Management from an accredited institution is required.
We are searching for an experienced chef capable of working independently under pressure while maintaining non-negotiable high-quality standards in food handling and presentation. This pivotal role requires strong leadership, creativity, and a deep understanding of culinary techniques.
