Head Teacher

The Head Teacher is the school's academic and administrative leader, responsible for overseeing all operations and ensuring high educational standards.

• Academic Leadership: Lead the academic vision, oversee curriculum implementation, and manage the school improvement plan.
• Staff Management: Manage the recruitment, deployment, performance appraisals, and professional development of all teaching and non-teaching staff.
• Curriculum & Quality: Oversee the quality of classroom instruction, ensure effective assessments, and use data to drive school improvement.
• Operations & Safety: Maintain a safe, hygienic, and child-friendly environment, and ensure the enforcement of child safeguarding standards.
• Stakeholder Relations: Build strong parent-school relationships and represent the school in community initiatives.
• Resource Management: Manage the school's budget, procurement processes, and resources efficiently.
