HEAD OF SECURITY

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of MSCE (Diploma in Security Management preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in managing security operations, preferably in forestry or agriculture.
• Clean police record and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee plantation physical security, manage security personnel, mitigate theft/risks, and coordinate with local law enforcement.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education: associate degree
