OVERVIEW
Magic Clean Limited is inviting applications from suitably qualified and motivated candidates to fill the position of Health, Safety and Administration Officer based in Dwangwa.
JOB SUMMARY
The Health, Safety and Administration Officer will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety standards at site level while providing day-to-day administrative support to operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Health & Safety
- Monitor and enforce workplace health and safety procedures.
- Conduct routine site safety inspections.
- Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Maintain incident and accident records.
- Conduct basic safety briefings and toolbox talks.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies.
Administration
- Maintain staff attendance records.
- Manage site documentation and filing.
- Prepare basic reports for management.
- Coordinate communication between site and head office.
- Assist in procurement and stock monitoring of safety materials.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Health, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year relevant work experience (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of industrial safety standards.
- Good record-keeping and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills.

- Ability to enforce compliance respectfully
- Basic computer skills (MS Word and Excel)
