Responsibilities or duties

• Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks such as washing, peeling, and cutting ingredients.
• Clean dishes, utensils, pots, and pans promptly and thoroughly.
• Maintain overall kitchen cleanliness, including floors, counters, and storage areas.
• Receive and organize deliveries of food and supplies.
• Dispose of waste and recycling according to health and safety guidelines.
• Support waitstaff with carrying and setting up food items during service.
• Perform other general duties as assigned to support kitchen efficiency.
