OVERVIEW

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Teach specific subjects according to the Malawi National Education Curriculum.
  • Prepare lesson plans, schemes of work, and student progress records.
  • Set, administer, and mark school examinations and assessments.
  • Monitor student conduct and enforce school rules and discipline.
  • Participate in co-curricular activities and spiritual programmes of the school.
  • Provide guidance and counselling to students.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Education (Secondary) from a recognised institution.
  • Deep knowledge of the MSCE syllabus.
  • A high level of integrity, professional conduct, and sobriety.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Teaching experience will be an added advantage.
