ABOUT THE ROLE
Greer Girls High School, a Christian-based Secondary School, is seeking dedicated teachers to join their team starting this coming September to help impact the next generation through holistic education.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Academic: Degree in Education
- Certification: Must have a Teachers Council of Malawi (TCM) Certificate
- Experience: Retired teachers will have an added advantage
- Knowledge: Thorough knowledge in the area of specialization
- Skills: Ability to instill discipline in students beyond the classroom
- Personal Attributes: Self-starter, spiritually mature, honest, and transparent
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver quality education in assigned subject combinations
- Instill discipline and moral values in students beyond the classroom
- Contribute to the holistic development of learners in a Christian-based environment
- Prepare lesson plans, assessments, and evaluate student performance
- Participate in school activities and support the school's mission and vision
