Responsibilities or duties

The general duties and responsibility of the job holder will include the following:

• Coordinating all Maternal Child Health programs
• Serving patients by visiting homes, determining patient and family needs, developing health care plans, providing nursing and treatments. referring patients with social and emotional problems to other community agencies
• Monitoring the outreach and static clinics
• Supervising and monitoring Family planning and Ant Natal Care services.
• Supervising Nutrition Rehabilitation Unit section
• Coordinating community health care teams.

Qualifications or requirements 

Experience needed

• Certificate in Food and Nutrition from a recognized institutionally with 3 years experience

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 36

Level of Education: professional certificate
