ABOUT THE ROLE

Venice Beach Backpackers is a vibrant accommodation and dining establishment located in the beautiful lakeside town of Monkey Bay, Malawi. We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming and memorable experience for our guests.

We are looking for enthusiastic, dependable, and customer-focused Hospitality Team Members (Bartender / Waitstaff) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support day-to-day guest service across the bar, dining, and accommodation environment, helping to create a warm and professional atmosphere for all visitors.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Previous bartending or waitressing experience is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
• Strong integrity, reliability, and teamwork.
• Experience in stock management or inventory control is an advantage.
• Culinary skills, especially preparing Western-style cuisine, are highly valued.
