Workforce Recruitment Services seeks to recruit for the following position on behalf of a Client.
Job Purpose
The Human Resource Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the HR department, ensuring efficient delivery of HR services. The role assists with recruitment, employee records management, payroll support, and day-to-day HR functions, contributing to compliance and smooth workforce operations.

Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in HR or administrative support role.
- Knowledge of HR procedures and labor laws is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
