AREAS OF SPECIALISATION
We are seeking lecturers in the following areas:
Human Resource Management (HRM) Lecturer
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality lectures in recruitment, performance management, organizational behavior, labor relations, and HR strategy.
- Facilitate student learning through role-plays, HR case studies, and mock interviews.
- Develop and update course materials to incorporate contemporary HR practices, employment law, and workplace diversity issues.
- Conduct research in areas such as employee engagement, talent retention, workplace culture, and HR analytics.
- Participate in community engagement by offering HR capacity-building workshops to local organizations and NGOs.
- Mentor and support students in developing leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills for the workplace.
- Participate in academic and administrative activities, including student advising and program quality assurance.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Master's degree in a relevant field (PhD is an added advantage).
- Relevant teaching and/or industry experience.
- Strong commitment to academic excellence, student development and research.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic university environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
