As part of our continued growth, we are inviting suitably qualified and experienced candidates to apply for the following position:

HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER (1)

Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer

Role Summary

The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for overseeing all human resource functions of the company, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, policy implementation, and compliance with labor laws. The role will support the company's growth by ensuring effective workforce planning and employee engagement.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
  • Membership with a recognized HR professional body will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Human Resource Management, preferably in the construction or related industry.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
  • Oversee employee performance management and disciplinary procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
