Position Summary:
Victoria Hotel is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Manager to oversee HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, training, and compliance while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in HR management, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of Malawi labour laws, HR policies, and employee relations.
- Experience in recruitment, performance management, training, and staff development.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Experience using HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
