Workforce Recruitment Services seeks to recruit for the following position on behalf of a Client.

Job Purpose

The Human Resource Officer is responsible for supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labour laws, and providing day-to-day HR services to staff and management. The role focuses on recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and administrative support to maintain an efficient and compliant workforce.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2–4 years of HR experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
