Overview
Do you have a background in Human Resources and a passion for people-centred leadership? We are seeking a dedicated and professional Human Resource and Admin Officer to oversee and strengthen the organisation’s human capital function.
Position: Human Resource & Admin Officer
Location: Nkhotakota
Reporting To: Finance and Admin Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and staff development processes
- Manage employee records, contracts, and performance appraisal systems
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, organisational policies, and procedures
- Provide guidance on employee relations, discipline, and staff welfare
- Support management in building a positive, productive, and inclusive work environment
- Coordinate training, capacity-building, and staff wellness initiatives
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
