Overview

Do you have a background in Human Resources and a passion for people-centred leadership? We are seeking a dedicated and professional Human Resource and Admin Officer to oversee and strengthen the organisation’s human capital function.

Position: Human Resource & Admin Officer

Location: Nkhotakota

Reporting To: Finance and Admin Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and staff development processes
  • Manage employee records, contracts, and performance appraisal systems
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, organisational policies, and procedures
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, discipline, and staff welfare
  • Support management in building a positive, productive, and inclusive work environment
  • Coordinate training, capacity-building, and staff wellness initiatives

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
