UMA Business Consultancy is inviting applications from candidates with Diplomas/Certificates

Key Responsibilities

  • Support staff in carrying out daily activities within the assigned department.
  • Apply theoretical knowledge and technical skills in practical workplace situations.
  • Assist with assigned projects, tasks, and client-related activities.
  • Learn and follow professional procedures, workplace policies, and safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation where required.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and workplace activities.
  • Use relevant tools, equipment, software, or technologies under appropriate supervision.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, reliability, and willingness to learn.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors.
  • Receive feedback and continuously improve technical and professional skills.
  • Perform other relevant duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or Certificate from a recognized institution.
  • Candidates should have a genuine interest in gaining practical workplace experience.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer literacy where applicable.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Professional, responsible, and positive attitude.
  • Relevant practical or previous experience is an added advantage but is not required.

Experience

No extensive work experience is required. The internship is designed to provide candidates with hands-on experience, professional exposure, practical skills development, and an opportunity to build a strong foundation for their careers.
