Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate injection moulding operators in the production of plastic buckets
- Monitor machine operations and ensure optimal machine performance.
- Set and adjust machine parameters including temperature, pressure, speed, and cycle times.
- Ensure production targets, efficiency, and quality standards are achieved
- Conduct regular checks on finished products and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Troubleshoot machine and process issues and coordinate with maintenance teams
- Plan production schedules and allocate manpower effectively
- Train and guide operators on machine operation, safety, and quality requirements
- Monitor raw material usage and minimize production waste.
- Maintain accurate production records, reports, and shift handovers
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and housekeeping standards.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma/Certificate in Plastics Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Production Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in injection moulding operations, preferably in plastic bucket/container manufacturing.
- Experience supervising injection moulding machines and production teams.
- Good knowledge of mould setting, machine troubleshooting, and quality control.
- Ability to work shifts and manage a production environment.
