• To check tickets and ensuring passengers have paid the correct fare To ensure buses/coaches are following routes and time schedules.
• To monitor passenger safety and behaviour patterns.
• Corroboration with law enforcement if needed

Qualifications and skills

• MSCE and 5 years experience in the trucking business
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve problems
• Excellent communication skills – oral and written.
• Professionalism, smart, courtesy and ambience towards customers, and co-workers
• Flexibility to work odd hours, weekends and/or public holidays
