Responsibilities or duties,
- Teach undergraduate and diploma courses.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments.
- Supervise student teaching practice and research projects.
- Conduct research and publish scholarly work.
- Participate in curriculum development and programme review.
- Provide academic advising and mentorship to students.
- Participate in college committees and community engagement activities.
Qualifications or requirements
- Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or Early Childhood Development (ECD) or higher qualification is preferred.
- Teaching experience in higher education will be an added advantage.
- Experience in curriculum development and assessment.
- Research and publication record will be an added advantage.
Experience needed,
Teaching experience in higher education will be an added advantage.

- Excellent teaching and facilitation skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good ICT skills.
- Commitment to academic excellence.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
