JOB DETAILS:

VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT@ GLOBAL WEALTH LOANS

POSITION: LOAN OFFICER INTERNS

Location: Luchenza, Mwanza, Kasungu, Mzimba , Mzuzu & Karonga

Duration : 4 months (with the possibility of permanent employment based on performance)

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and identify potential clients.
• Conduct client assessments and evaluate creditworthiness.
• Assist with loan applications and documentation.
• Monitor loan repayments and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Provide financial education to clients.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly loan performance reports.
• Support branch operations and administrative duties.

Minimum Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Desired Attributes

• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Willing to learn and develop in the microfinance sector.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work in a target driven environment.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: associate degree
