Background

Simbeko Investments is one of the dynamic, leading and fast growing company in hospitality, Trading, Food and beverages, and Transportation with its subsidiaries located within Chikwawa and Nsanje Districts with its head Office at Nchalo, is inviting applications from suitably qualified, organized, detail-oriented and experienced Malawians to fill post of a Lodge Manager.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure high-quality service and guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest complaints and feedback.
• Oversee front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.
• Manage and train lodge staff (receptionists, housekeepers, etc.).
• Foster a positive work environment.
• Manage budgets, revenue, and expenses.
• Maximize occupancy and revenue.

Qualification and Experience

• Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of three (2-3) years proven experience working as a Lodge Manager.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: associate degree
