Monitoring transport schedules and deliveries

Following up on delayed or missing parcels

Coordinating with branch supervisors on operational issues

Monitoring driver performance and transport efficiency

Preparing operational reports for management

Ensuring company procedures are followed during parcel handling

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field

Good leadership and communication skills

Ability to work under pressure

Strong problem-solving skills

Computer literacy

Experience needed

Experience in transport or logistics management is an added advantage
