Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily logistics and transport operations.
• Monitor vehicle movements and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Prepare and maintain logistics records, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate with drivers, operators, supervisors, and clients.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance schedules.
• Address operational challenges and recommend effective solutions.
• Support efficient planning and utilization of fleet resources.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics.
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ practical experience in logistics operations, transport coordination, or fleet management.
• Strong knowledge of logistics processes and transport operations.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and report writing.
